It's Not Worth It

Be it acquaintance or friend since child,
Playing with them is like arranging files,
Events recorded and troubles compiled,
Sooner or later they'll put us through trial,
If only life is as short as a mile,
Then this aspect would have placed its tile,
In the middle of the race where everything's wild,
For all rushes to end what last a while,
And making friends seems undoubtedly dull.

Friendship is made out of many parts,
But the most important is still our hearts,
We endanger our pride, our rights, our ties,
Only to find that it's all a lie,
Tell me folks is this worth the crime,
For in a tie between two friends a time,
One shall fall and one shall shine.

Why not us, put our ration of mind,
To think and contemplate on who is behind,
Who help and teaches us how to survive,
And most importantly, gives us a life,
Man can compose an apocryphal fable,
To trick you or trip, or just turn the table,
Think again for one tells truth,
The one who's not crude and show care and ruth,
This is something that is always true,
Thank you mom, and I love you.
